It's BACK TO SCHOOL time and

They are all talking about
ELN 236 Fiber and Lasers, a
blended training solution being offered to CWA
members across the country by their unions'
training program, CWA/NETT Academy. The class is
hosted online and viewable on multiple DVD's;
members learn from home or on-the-move with the
flexability of this program. At the end of the
ten-week training period, CWA/NETT instructors
go on location (of the members choosing) to
conduct the 20 hours of hands-on training. "This
is where it all comes together," Scarry said,
"the multimedia material brought the content to
life and the hands-on trouble-shooting
was great."

CWA/NETT Academy is CWA's
online technical training program, at www.cwanett.org.
Did you know that
CWA/NETT Academy
is an approved training vendor for many union
employer benefits programs (e.g. Verizon, SBC,
Qwest, etc.)? You will want to allow at least
four weeks processing time to be sure all your
training benefits paperwork is in order for your
start date.
What We Offer

was developed specifically to provide CWA
members with the training employers require.
All of our courses are taught by professional
instructors. Many courses offered will prepare
you for the jobs of the future. Some of our
