The ability to maintain and improve the gains we've won in collective bargaining agreements is directly tied to the number of members we represent. Through our Organizing committee we now have the ability to engage in a reinvigorated effort to organize workers in any sector but especially in the telecom and airline industries. With the collective might of all of our members participating in the organizing effort we will be able to maintain and improve on our collective bargaining agreements.
